With it's highly sensitive buttons and analogue sticks, the x-box controller is a great tool for such games. Here you'll find all the resources to play any computer FPS game with your x-box (or playstation) controller. These tools work for both the original X-Box Controller, and the X-Box 360 controller too! There are some computer games that support native gamepad input, in those games, especially the newer ones you should only need to use the recommended driver software. It allows for rumble support, pressure sesnsitive input (including all 8 buttons!), dual axis support and more. All of the software available here is distributed as freeware unless otherwise noted! For all the other games, such as Doom 3, Quake 4, Counter-Strike, Call Of Duty 1 or 2, F.E.A.R., and basically any other game which does not have native gamepad support, you'll need the extra mouse emulation software.
